Rules and Restrictions

We know, rules are a drag! But we have to make sure our piece of paradise is safe, so please take the time to familiarize yourself with the condo rules.

  • NO SMOKING in the house or balcony; if any evidence (smell, mess, stains) is found, you risk a fee.

  • Please follow all posted rules at pool, dock, beach, etc.

  • Spray sunscreen MUST be applied outside of unit (not on balcony) the spray leaves a residue on furniture, try to apply at the beach or pool to avoid additional charges for damaged property.

  • Please don’t wash colored and white towels together, wash white towels in a load by themselves.

  • Please do not sit on inside furniture in wet swimsuits.

  • DO NOT feed the birds or any other wildlife!

  • Please keep the AC at 73 or above and try to keep all doors and windows closed when possible.

  • Do not shove food down garbage disposal; damage done will result in a fee.

  • There are six visitor parking spots at the facilities entrance near the pool.

  • Juvenile curfew (under 18) is 10pm to 5am (per ordinance 2024-03)

  • Be mindful of your noise level, town noise ordinance enforced heaviest 10pm-7 am.

Check-Out Instructions

Check-Out is at 10:00 AM

Housekeeping will arrive promptly at 10:00 AM on check-out day to begin cleaning for the next guests. Please have all of your personal belongings removed and the check-out instructions complete prior to their arrival. Late check out, if not given prior approval, will result in a fee equal to one daily rental fee.

The cleaning fee you have paid will provide for normal cleaning at check-out.

You are required to leave the property in the same general condition as at check-in as follows:

  • Please remove all trash and place in trash cans (by garage).

  • Throw away any opened food from refrigerator and cabinets.

  • Leave dirty sheets/bedding on beds.

  • Load and start dishwasher. Please be sure to rinse dried food from dishes and utensils.

  • Return any furniture or items that have been rearranged (inside and outside).

  • Please rinse and return beach items to garage.

  • Wash & replace beach towels

  • Check drawers, under beds, bathroom, etc. for personal belongings.

  • Turn off lights & appliances.

  • Close and lock all doors and windows.
